And with 24/7 access, you can view and learn information when it’s convenient for you. No lines to wait in, no on-hold messages – just fast, simple information that allows you to be in the driver’s seat to better manage your overall healthcare, including your benefits and claims. Just look at some of the key features you can take advantage of as a MyHDP Member:
- View general information about your group specific medical plan (including plan deductibles, coinsurance, copays, plan maximums, etc.)
- Access your specific prescription drug benefits through various links
- Request an ID card
- Locate a doctor, hospital, or healthcare facility that participates in your preferred provider network
- Access SmartChoice™ by HealthGrades to view qualification, ratings, and advisory services about a doctor, hospital, nursing home, or home health care agency
- Check claim status for yourself and your covered dependents under age 18

Accessing the MyHDP Portal
- It’s simple! From your internet browser, go to http://www.hdplus.com (you may want to add this to your ‘favorites’).
- Click on ‘Members’ or ‘MyHDP login’
- If you are a new user, follow the simple instructions for registering on the account. Otherwise, login as a continued user.
What’s New? My Personal Health Suite
My Personal Health Suite (MyPHS) is a self-service informational resource supporting HDP’s Good Health by Design program*. This tool allows you to better control healthy lifestyle changes by customizing your personal homepage with news and medical information that interests you! Take a Health Risk Assessment (HRA), and enroll in Healthy Living programs. Hungry? Build a healthy sandwich. It’s fun, confidential, and allows you to learn at your own pace.
* Participation in the Good Health by Design programs is not a requirement.
